1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Daily Capsule: Insights, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the app or related services.

You also accept our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information related to your account and use of the app.

2. Service description

Daily Capsule: Insights is an app for personalized daily knowledge capsules. Its purpose is to provide general educational content adapted to the user's profile, preferences, learning history, and general context.

Content may be generated, adapted, or assisted by artificial intelligence. The app may show capsules, topics, explanations, questions, history, progress, ads, and other features related to learning and personalization.

3. Educational use and content limits

Daily Capsule: Insights content is for educational, informational, and general knowledge purposes. It does not replace professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, technical, academic, or other advice.

Although we try to provide useful, clear, and reasonable content, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular situation. You should use your own judgment and consult qualified professionals when a decision may significantly affect your health, money, safety, rights, or obligations.

4. User account

To use certain features, you may need to sign in through Google or another enabled provider. You are responsible for keeping access to your account, device, and associated credentials secure.

• You must provide truthful, current, and sufficient information during registration, onboarding, or profile configuration.
• You must not use another person's account without authorization.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use or a security vulnerability related to the app.

5. Permitted use

You may use Daily Capsule: Insights for personal learning, topic exploration, capsule reading, progress tracking, and other features available within the app.

• Use the app legally, responsibly, and respectfully.
• Respect the security, availability, and integrity of the service.
• Use the content mainly for personal, educational, and informational purposes.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use Daily Capsule: Insights in a way that negatively affects the service, other users, third parties, or applicable law.

• Attempt to access unauthorized systems, accounts, data, or areas.
• Copy, extract, automate, resell, or massively exploit the content or operation of the app without authorization.
• Interfere with servers, APIs, security, usage limits, ads, subscriptions, or technical service mechanisms.
• Use the app to generate, promote, or distribute illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Perform reverse engineering, scraping, attacks, abusive testing, excessive load, or unauthorized automated use.

7. Artificial intelligence generated content

Part of the content may be generated or adapted through artificial intelligence services, including OpenAI. That content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or interpretations that do not reflect professional advice or definitive information.

We may use profile signals, preferences, history, user-selected location, date of birth, and context of the day to adapt capsules. Personalization aims to improve content relevance, but it does not guarantee specific educational outcomes.

8. Intellectual property

Daily Capsule: Insights, its brand, design, interface, structure, features, texts, systems, content organization, and other service elements belong to their owners or licensors unless otherwise stated.

Use of the app does not transfer intellectual property rights over the service, brand, software, internal systems, or other protected assets.

9. User information and content

If you submit, complete, or generate information in the app, such as preferences, answers, comments, reactions, forms, history, or profile data, you remain responsible for the information you provide.

You grant us limited authorization to use that information as necessary to operate, personalize, protect, maintain, and improve Daily Capsule: Insights, according to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

10. Ads, monetization, and paid features

The app may include ads, ad-based access screens, free features, limited features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other monetization models. Some features may change over time or be available only to certain users, regions, versions, or plans.

If paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are added in the future, applicable conditions will be shown before purchase when appropriate.

11. Availability and service changes

Daily Capsule: Insights is evolving and may change, improve, pause, limit, or stop offering certain features at any time. We do not guarantee permanent availability, uninterrupted operation, or total absence of errors.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for technical, commercial, legal, security, maintenance, or product improvement reasons.

12. Third-party services

The app may depend on third-party services such as Firebase, Google Sign-In, OpenAI, Sentry, Google AdMob, app stores, hosting providers, APIs, monitoring tools, or other services needed to operate the product.

We do not fully control those external services. Their availability, operation, policies, limits, costs, changes, or incidents may affect some Daily Capsule: Insights features.

13. Privacy and personal data

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains what information we may collect, why we use it, which providers we may share it with, and how you can exercise your rights or request data deletion.

14. Suspension or termination of access

We may suspend, limit, or cancel your access to Daily Capsule: Insights if we detect misuse, breach of these Terms, security risks, service abuse, infringement of third-party rights, or a legal obligation requiring it.

You may also stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account or data according to our Privacy Policy and the options available in the app or contact channels.

15. Warranty disclaimer

Daily Capsule: Insights is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, accurate, current, or suitable for a specific purpose.

16. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Daily Capsule: Insights and its responsible parties will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, loss of data, loss of opportunities, loss of income, decisions made based on educational content, or failures derived from external services.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when we add new features, modify the service, change providers, incorporate monetization models, or when legal, technical, or commercial reasons require it.

We will publish the updated version on this same page and indicate the last updated date. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms, unless the law requires another form of consent.

18. Governing law

These Terms will be interpreted according to the laws applicable to the service provider, operating from Argentina, without prejudice to mandatory rights that may correspond to you according to your place of residence.
